    You have two convenient methods to cancel a lesson: a) Message the tutor directly. b) Utilize the student portal to cancel the lesson.

    Students can cancel their lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any charges.
  • What happens if I cancel a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled start time?
    Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be considered billable. The full fee for the canceled lesson will be charged.
  • What are make-up credits, and how can I use them?
    Lessons canceled more than 24 hours in advance will be converted into make-up credits. These credits can be used to reschedule a lesson at a later date. For private lesson, you can use your make-up credits to reschedule a lesson at a mutually convenient time, subject to tutor availability. For group lesson, after successfully canceling a group lesson, students have the opportunity to participate in a make-up lesson with a similar level, subject to availability.
  • How do I schedule a make-up lesson for a group class?
    Once your group lesson cancellation is confirmed, you can check for available make-up lesson slots on our student portal or by contacting our support team.
  • Are make-up lessons available for all group class levels and subjects?
    Make-up lessons are subject to availability and the number of students attending. We make every effort to ensure an equitable opportunity for all students.
  • Is there a limit to how many make-up credits I can accumulate?
